Booking Condition

 

Reservations

Reservation and confirmation should be booked directly through our office by telephone, fax and email.

Thailand Great Tours reserves the right to increase tour costs if fuel costs increase and rates are subjected to change without prior notice base on economic fluctuation and local currency prevails.

Confirmations

All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible principals will be informed of the booking status.

Rates

Rates as supplied by Thailand Great Tours are NETT and are subjected to confirmation at time of booking.

Child Policy

Child age between 7-11 years old are granted a 25% discount of the net price and between 2-6 years old 50% of the net price, child under 2 years old all are generally free.

Trekking and Adventure tours child age between 11-6 years are granted a 25% discount of the net price.

Payment

Full prepayment by bank transfer is required two weeks before commencement of services.

Amendments

Amendments can be made to any booking within 7 days; any amendments after the deadline will invite cancellation charges as indicated in the cancellation deadline clause.

Cancellation Charges and No Show

  • For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charges incurred.
  • Cancellations received one month or less but more that 7 working days prior to tour departure 50% of the tour price.
  • Cancellations received 5 working days or less but prior to tour departure 100% of the tour price.
  • No Show will be charge full of tour price.
  • Refunds will be processed within a period of 32 days only, No further claims will be considered after a refund case is finalized and paid.

Liability

Thailand Great Tours acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Thailand Great Tours is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourists’ agreement to the above conditions.
